Embroidery is the process of sewing the design onto hats, polo shirts and any other garments you may needing.
The first step is the design/ logo has to be made into an embroidery file if you don’t have one already. That process is called digitizing.
If you don’t have a file already then there will be a set up charge to make that file for you.
Embroidery should only be done on garments that are new and unwashed. Therefore, you can bring us garments or purchase them from our many items in our catalog.
Embroidery is permanent. It takes about 7-10 days to complete. There are rush services available.
